Our adults, teens, and kids all follow the same programs and curriculum carefully structured by 12x World Champion Caio Terra. In our kids’ class lesson plans are broken down into shorter sections to simplify the learning process.
Introduction to Jiu Jitsu
Your first step. Intro to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is designed for people with little or no experience or those looking for smaller classes. In this class, we will cover some of the basic principles and concepts of Jiu Jitsu as well as review the history of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and common etiquette that will make your experience that much more fun. This class is available every other Friday evening. Please check the schedule weekly for the latest updates.

CT-A Classes: Core Fundamentals
The CT-A program is designed for people with minimal experience in mind. It is the core fundamental class and will help students build a solid foundation. Proficiency in the CT-A curriculum is required for advancement to blue belt. It is also required knowledge for all additional belts.

CT-B Classes: Advanced Fundamentals
These classes are designed for everyone but include more advanced concepts and positions. Fundamentals does not mean basic. It means important. These classes are essential to continue building a well rounded foundation.

CT-C Classes: Intermediate / Blue and above
This class is designed for more advanced students looking to expand their knowledge. Lesson plans include more advanced positions and the application of the fundamentals of Jiu Jitsu. This class has a minimum of 30 minutes of live training (rolling). This class requires experience and is for colored belts only. This class usually runs 1:30 in length.

Open Mat
Open mat is a time where students can drill techniques and train in a creative environment. Students can come and go at anytime and train at their own pace.
