This program is the perfect place to begin your child’s Brazilian Jiu Jitsu journey.
Designed specifically for our youngest students, each class uses fun exercises and engaging games to introduce the fundamental movements, discipline, and core values of Jiu Jitsu in an age-appropriate way.

We are a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu academy located in New Holland, PA and pride ourselves on making modern Jiu Jitsu accessible to everyone. Whether you have never trained before or have years of experience, we have a home for you.
With a structured curriculum including lesson plans designed by 12x World Champion, Caio Terra, we ensure students build upon a solid foundation of skills and principles that will help them grow on the mats and as individuals.
