Adult/Teen Jiu Jitsu

We follow the curriculum and lesson plans created for us by 12 time World Champion Caio Terra. Fundamental classes will ensure you build a solid foundation. As you gain experience, intermediate/advanced classes will be available.

Class typically begins with a light warmup emphasizing body movement and drills that will apply to the technique we are covering in the class. Following the warmup, we focus on studying techniques from the position we are currently working on. Time is allotted to drill these techniques with reactions from our training partners.

The last portion of class includes time for live training (sparring). This time is valuable since it allows each practitioner to test the techniques they have developed against a resisting opponent. This live training is introduced in a manner that ensures the safety of all students.
