Moxie Kids

This program is designed for kids between the ages of 7-12. Kids will learn basic body movements, how to properly fall, self defense techniques, and submission holds. Time for sparring (live practice) is also included in most classes.

In addition to learning the art of Jiu Jitsu, our goal is to build self esteem and help prepare kids for the challenges they face off of the mats as they grow older. The curriculum follows very closely to the Adult and Teen lesson plans. Some topics are simplified to accelerate retention. Class length: 45 minutes
